Our Ministry Team

Leo and Martha came to PYBC in 2001 following 20 years of ministry with Bible Broadcasting Network. Prior to that he served as a pastor in the Atlanta area. He holds a graduate degree in Biblical Research. He has been happily married to Martha since 1973 and they have 3 children and 3 most awesome grandchildren. 1 Thessalonians 2:4 is an important verse in his life.

Mark and Tiffany joined PYBC in April 2020; during the Covid shutdown. They met at the Word of Life Bible Institute and married in 2011. They have 3 boys; Micah, Grayson, and Ezra whom you will see running around on Sunday mornings. Mark has been involved in youth and family work since 2003 when he apprenticed under his youth pastor. He graduated from Davis College in 2015 with a degree in Pastoral Studies and Youth Ministries. His favorite Bible verse is 2 Corinthians 12:9.

In addition to serving alongside her husband, Martha enjoys serving on the Women of the Word ministry team. She sees it as a privilege to facilitate Bible studies, disciple women, and have fun planning activities for teen girls and women in the community. Her favorite Bible verse is Acts 20:24.

Johnna is the one who keeps the facilities of PYBC looking "spic and span". She and Jim have been married since 1990 and have 3 grown children: Clark, Joshua, and Mary. She enjoys singing, reading historical fiction and gardening. Her favorite Bible verse is Philippians 2:8-11. 

David is a veterinarian specializing in bovines, married to Janet who is an equine vet.  David also serves on our budget committee and has been the board chairman. Janet teaches a Sunday class that focuses on prophecy.

Sam is an engineer and a Construction Manager for a Water Authority. He is an assistant teacher in the adult Bible class. He and Sue have been married 37 years and have 2 grown children. He enjoys golf, exercise, reading, and ice cream. Sam was converted in 1980. Favorite Bible book is Job and Bible verse is Philippians 4:13

David is the Deputy Superintendent of the Town of Barrington highway department. He and Andrea have been married for 13 years and have two children, EmmaLee and David IV. He enjoys serving in our men's ministry and organizing the care of the church's building and grounds. Their family verse is Ruth 1:16
